摘要
通过对泉州市主要水库的浮游植物群落结构特征的调查以及水质营养状态指标的监测,研究了浮游植物的种类和数量与水质营养状态之间的关系。结果表明:2009年11月至2010年8月泉州市4座主要水库的浮游植物群落共检出6门42属,其中绿藻门和硅藻门种属数量均较多,两者占所有浮游植物种属数量的60%以上;4座水库的浮游植物密度与营养状态指数之间均存在明显的正相关关系;惠女水库浮游植物种属数量较多、密度较高且优势种群多为富营养化水体中较常见的浮游植物,可能存在着较高的暴发"水华"的风险,其余3座水库5月份的浮游植物密度也总体偏高,其优势种群也都是富营养化水体中较常见的浮游植物,不排除发生"水华"的可能性。该研究对开展水库富营养化的防控工作具有重要的意义。
Based on the survey of the phytoplankton community and the monitoring of the nutritional status of major reservoirs in Quanzhou City,this paper analyzes the relationship between phytoplankton community and trophic state.The results show that 42 genera belonging to 6 phyla of phytoplankton were identified in the four major reservoirs in Quanzhou City,from November 2009 to August 2010.Chlorophyta and Bacillariophyta were the main phylum and accounted for more than 60% spieces of phytoplankton.Results also show that there was a significant positive relationship between the density of phytoplankton and trophic state index in the four reservoirs.In Huinu Reservoir,there were many species and high density of phytoplankton,and the dominant species were eutrophic phytoplankton,which may have a higher risk of the outbreak of "water bloom".The other three reservoirs contained high density of phytoplankton and the dominant species were also eutrophic phytoplankton,so they did not rule out the possibility of the outbreak of "water bloom".The study is of great significance for carrying out the prevention and control work for reservoir eutrophication.
