浅析红色高棉失败的原因——基于革命党与执政党区分的关系维度

Study on the Reason for the Failure of Khmer Rouge (Cambodian Communism) ——Based on the Relationship of the Differences Between the Revolutionary Party and the Ruling Party

红色高棉亦称"柬共",自1975年开始执政至1978年迅速瓦解,红色高棉仅仅执政3年多。作为国际共产主义运动中一件特别事件,"柬共"失败的原因,值得反思。基于革命党与执政党区分关系维度,其失败根本原因是没有实现革命党向执政党转变,对此,从党政、党法、党群和党内关系四个方面分开阐述。

Khmer Rouge, also named Cambodian Communism, was in power only for three years from 1975 to 1978 in Cambodia. As a special event in the International Communism Movements, the failure of Khmer Rouge is worth of deep reflections. Based on the relationship of the differences between the Revolution- ary Party and the Ruling Party, the paper attributes the reason of its failure to no transformation of Cambodian Communist Party from the Revolutionary Party to the Ruling Party and demonstrates it from the following four aspects： the Party - government relationship, the Party - law relationship, the Party - masses relationship and the inner- Party relationship.
