The Role of Counselors in Ideological and Political Education into Dormitory

学生宿舍是大学生课堂之外的"家",也是学校思想政治教育工作重要阵地,能否取得良好的宿舍思政阵地教育成果,作为大学生思想政治教育骨干力量的辅导员起着十分关键作用。面对宿舍思政教育各种问题,一线辅导员不仅应该提高认识,打好基础,提高自身综合水平,更应该转变观念,改进方法,积极发挥在宿舍思政建设中重要作用。

The dormitory is not only the students ＂home＂ outside classroom, but also the important posi- tion for carrying out ideological and political education. The ideological and political edueafon achievement is fundamentally determined by the counselors who play an important role in the education of students. Facing all sorts of problems, counselors should improve not only their knowledge and comprehensive quality, but also transform their idea and improve education methods. Only in this way can our ideological and political educa- tion achieve better effect.
