A SWOT Analysis on the Development of Hainan Service Outsourcing Industry

发展服务外包不仅可以促进海南省服务业本身优化和升级,而且对海南省整体经济发展也非常重要,但海南省服务外包产业起步晚、企业数量少、业务规模小等问题突出。对海南服务外包业发展进行SWOT分析,认为应加强人才培养与引进、政策支持与引导,强化产业园区建设与品牌建设。

The development of service outsoureing can not only promote the optimizing and upgrading of the service industry itself, but also play a key role in Hainan＇ s economic development. However, the service outsourcing industry of Hainan is confronting such problems as late starting, few numbers of enterprises, small business scale and so on. By using the SWOT method for analyzing, the paper raises some proposals from the perspective of personnel training and introduction, policy support and guidance, industrial parks construction and brand building.
