绝育后丧子与复通成功后妇女的心理状态对比研究

Comparative study of mentality in women with tubal Sterilization who lost their children without tubal reversal or with tubal reversal and children regained

目的 绝育后丧子复通成功后妇女的心理状态对比。方法 本文采用汉密尔顿焦虑和抑郁量表 ,对“输卵管绝育”后子女发生意外死亡 ,来我院做“输卵管绝育”后复通。术后生育者和尚未做复通者各 5 0例进行调查对比。结果 经调查两组在焦虑、抑郁等心态方面有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。结论 “绝育后丧子复通”不仅使绝育丧子妇女恢复生育能力 ,而且解除了他们心态上的焦虑、抑郁、自卑、恢复身心健康 ,更有利于推动计划生育工作的开展。

Objective To compare the mentality of the women who had tubal sterilzation and lost their children with those who had tubal sterilization and lose their children,then had successful tubal reversal Methods One hundred women who had their children lost after tubal sterilization were studied 50 of them(group A)had tubal reversal and regained children,and another 50(group B)did not have tubal reversal The 2 groups were compared in terms of Hamilton anxiety and dumps questronaire Results The results showed significant differences between the 2 groups in anxiety,dumps and humility(P<0 005) Conclusion The successful tubal reversal can not only make the sterilized women regain the fertility but also relieve the anxieyt,dumps and humility,and can recover their body and mental health Therefore the tubal reversal after tubal sterilization can prompt and benefit the family planning in our country
