心理行为干预防止十二指肠球部溃疡复发的研究

The preventive and therapeutics effects of psychotherapy for duodenal ulcer recurrence

目的 了解心理行为干预对防止十二指肠球部溃疡复发的疗效。方法 依据性别 ,年龄 ,病程 ,病情匹配的原则 ,分别选取心理行为干预合用药物治疗组 (A组 ) 36例 ,单纯药物治疗组 (B组 ) 32例 ,分别观察治疗半年、1年、2年的复发率。结果 A组治疗半年、1年、2年内复发率显著低于 B组。结论 心理性为干预对防止十二指肠球部溃疡复发有重要作用。

Objective To understand the curative effect of psychotherapy in prevention and treatment of duodenal ulcer recurrence. Methods According to the principle of gender , age, course of disease and patient`s condition matched, 36 cases of patients were treated with psychotherapy besides drugs(A group).Other 32 cases of patients were treated with drugs (B group).The curative effect were follow up half a year, one year and two years, respectively. Results The recurrent rats of half a year, one year and two years in A group were significantly lower than that of B group. Conclusion psychotherapy exerts an important effect on prevention of duodenal ulcer recurrence.
