摘要
面向信号的自动测试是通用自动测试系统的发展方向,建立统一的测试系统模型是面向信号测试系统中信号管理与任务调度的关键。为了实现面向信号的测试系统软件的规范化描述,文章采用测试软件分层描述的方式,以信号模型为中心,给出了仪器模型和测试任务模型,并论述了各模型之间的关系。
Establishing consistent models is the key point of signal management and task scheduling in a signaloriented software architecture, which is a direction of the general purpose automatic test system software. In order to realize normative description for test system software based on signal-oriented, test software was described by layer. Based on signal model, instrument model and test task model were set up. The relationship of the models was discussed.
