摘要
绿色发展既要经济社会又好又快地发展,又要生态经济社会有机整体和谐地可持续发展,是生态自然发展和经济社会发展双赢的科学发展。贵州作为西部欠发达省份,在推进绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展时应根据实际和资源从五个方面着力,同时应加快科技创新能力,实现科学发展。
The concept of Green Development requires both the economic development and the sustainable development of ecology. Guizhou, as a less-developed province in West China, should adopt relevant policies from five aspects. It is important, as demonstrated in this article, that scientific and technological innovation should also be promoted in the realization of scientific development.
