摘要
目的:研究耐力训练对大学生生命质量的影响。方法:30名大学生分为对照组和运动组。对照组只参加体育课,运动组在此基础上参与8周耐力训练。运动干预前后应用健康状况调查问卷评价生命质量。结果:对照组受试者的生命质量变化不大,而运动组受试者生命质量评分在试验后明显提高,耐力训练对女大学生生命质量的干预效果比男大学生效果更好。结论:耐力训练对提高大学生生命质量具有积极效果。
Objective: To study the intervention effect of endurance training on life quality of college students. Method: 30 college students are divided into two groups: control groups (attend physical education classes only) m:d exercise groups (attend physical education classes and endurance training for 8 weeks). All students are e- valuated with the 36 -Item Short- Form Health Survey (SF -36 ) at the beginning and end of the intervention. Results: The life quality of exercise group has increased significantly after endurance exercise intervention. The Intervention effect on female college students is much better than that on male college students. Conclusion: The endurance training can effectively improve the life quality of college students.
