摘要
硒是家禽营养中的必需微量元素之一,具有提高生长性能、增强免疫力和抗氧化等多种生物学功能。文章主要阐述硒的生物学功能及其在家禽营养中的研究进展。
Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in poultry nutrition, can improve growth perfor- mance, enhance the immune system and antioxidan. The biological function of selenium and research progress of se-lenium in poultry nutrition were reviewed in this paper.
