康肾口服液对家兔急性肾病模型体重及尿量和尿总蛋白的影响

The influence of Kangshen oral liquid on mercuric chloride-induced acute nephropathy model in body weight,urine volume and urinary total protein

目的研究康肾口服液对氯化汞致家兔急性肾病模型体重及尿量、尿总蛋白的影响。方法将家兔48只随机分为6组,其中5组造家兔急性肾病模型,分别灌服康肾口服液,尿毒清颗粒混悬液;另一组为空白对照组,灌同容积的蒸馏水。结果家兔造模后体重有所降低,给药后有一定促进体重回升作用;与模型组比,各给药组均可使尿量有所增加,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。中、小剂量康肾口服液组可明显降低尿总蛋白量(P<0.05)。结论康肾口服液有改善体重的作用,有一定的利尿作用,有降低尿总蛋白的作用。

Objective To study the influence of Kangshen oral liquid on mercuric chloride-induced acute nephropathy model in body weight and urine volume,urinary total protein.Methods Forty-eight rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups,among which 5 were set as acute nephropathy model by using irrigation with Kangshen oral liquid,granule suspension;another group as control group,with the same volume of distilled water.Results After making model body weight decreased,then after the administration of a certain promoting body weight rebound effect happened;compared with the model group,each group can make the urine volume increased,but there was no significant differences(P>0.05).Small or middle doses of Kangshen oral liquid could obviously reduce urinary total protein(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangshen oral liquid has an effect of improving body weight,has certain diuresis effect,and role to reduce urinary total protein.
