心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白检测在心力衰竭诊断和预后评估中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 心力衰竭(heart failure,HF)患者其有很高的病死率和病残率。近年来的研究发现,心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白(heart fatty acid-binding protein,H-FABP)检测能在一定程度上反映心力衰竭的病理生理过程,对急性、慢性心力衰竭的早期诊断、心功能评价及预后评估具有重要临床意义。本文简要介绍H-FABP的生物学特性、临床检测方法及其在心力衰竭诊断与预后评估中的应用。
