介绍了湖北省恩施州小水电、风电、生物质能发电等清洁能源的发展状况,分析了存在的问题,提出了清洁能源与配电网的协调规划方法及发展战略,为恩施州清洁能源的发展提供依据,也可供同行参考。

The development situation of the clean energy such as small hydropower,wind power and biomass generation power etc.in Hubei Enshi Autonomous Prefecture are introduced and the existing problems are analyzed.Coordinated planning approach and development strategy of clean energy and distribution network are proposed to provide a basis for the development of clean energy in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture and reference for other counterparts.
