Venture Capital :An Analysis Based on the Mechanism of Governance

本文在简要描述风险投资运作流程的基础上 ,着重对风险资本市场中的市场主体进行制度分析 ,分别分析了风险投资机构和高新技术风险企业治理的有效性问题。最后 ,就我国风险资本市场主体的有关制度建设提出若干建议。

This thesis briefly describes the operating process of venture capital, mainly analyzes the governance of venture capital organizations and hi tech enterprises, and finally puts forward some proposals for the institutional establihment for ventrue capital, which includes formulating the relevant laws and regulations, developing the private venture capital organizations and trust fund, improving the governance of the present venture capital organizations by using the merits of limited partnership, and creating better environment to promote the growth of hi tech enterprises.
