活性炭纤维对汽车零部件半挥发性有机物的吸附性能研究

摘要 为了考察活性炭纤维(ACF)对半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)的吸附能力,建立一种吸附评价方法,即通过对雾化试验装置中放置ACF前后雾化值的比较计算得到ACF对SVOCs的吸附效率。选择雾化值在0.21~71.98mg范围内的14个汽车零部件/材料作为研究对象。结果表明,ACF对SVOCs的最大吸附率超过95%,最大吸附量高达32.11mg,达到了较好的吸附效果。 For investigating the adsorption performance of activated carbon fiber (ACF) on semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs) , a evaluation method of ACF adsorption performance was established by comparing fogging values between with and without ACF in the glass beaker of fogging test. Fourteen automotive parts were used as testing objects, which fogging values were ranged from O. 21 to 71.98 mg. The maximum adsorption degree of ACF on SVOCs is even more than 95% , the maximum adsorption mass is 32. 11 mg, and good adsorption per- formance is achieved.
