摘要
由于设计方法的滞后性,一些测量技术教科书和参考书都规定刻线量规只能检验公差大于0.5mm的零件。为了改变这种不合理的设计理念,扩大刻线量规的使用范围,提高刻线量规的检验精度,对刻线量规的设计、制造及使用中的问题进行分析和探讨。
Because of lag of design method, some measurement technology textbooks and referenee books provide reticle gauge can only test pans which tolerance are greater than 0. 5 mm. To change this unreasonable design concepts, expand the applying scope, improve test accuracy the problems in design, manufacturing and application of reticle gauge were analyzed and discussed.
