汽车连接器端子是决定连接器电力和信号传输性能的关键零件,端子的正向力是决定端子性能的一个重要因素。分析端子正向力对连接器机械性能、电性能及磨损寿命的影响,找出影响端子正向力的主要因素,提出端子正向力的设计思路。

Terminal of vehicle wiring harness connector is the key component that determines the power and signal transmission perform- ance of the connector. Positive force of terminal is an important factor affecting terminal performance. The influences of the positive force on the connector terminals mechanical properties, electrical properties and the wear life were analyzed. The main factors affecting terminal＇ s pos- itive force were found out and design idea of the positive force of terminal was put forward.
