慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-8和IL-23检测的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-8和IL-23水平的变化。方法：应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对43例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行了血清IL-8、IL-23水平检测，并与36名正常人作比较。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-8和IL-23水平均高于正常组（P〈0．01），且IL-8和IL-23呈明显的正相关（P〈0．01）。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-8和IL-23水平检测对疾病的诊断和治疗是-个有用的临床指标。
