The Theory and Practice of the Monetary Policy of China

本文在简要介绍我国货币政策传导机制的一些基本要点之后 ,系统回顾了 1 984年中国人民银行专门行使中央银行职能以来货币政策在治理通货膨胀和防止通货紧缩的全部历史过程 ,并就未来五年中国货币政策和金融体制面临的九个重大问题简要发表了自己的看法。

On the basis of brief introduction of the transmission mechanism of China′s monetary policy,the author systematically reviewed the monetary policy in the historical process of inflation control and deflation prevention since 1984 when the People′s Bank of China functioned as the central bank of China.Moreover,the author presented his personal opinions on main problems about China′s monetary ploicy and financial system in the next five years.The author declares that the opinions in the paper are entirely those of personal study,and should not be attributed necessarily to author′s department.
