摘要
本文结合108T电动轮牵引变频器的研制工作,搭建了IGBT瞬态及稳态热传递模型,指出了牵引变频器在启动及低速工况时应考虑IGBT的热抗及其瞬态温升,对IGBT的损耗及结温进行了仿真及分析。
This paper introduces several key points in developing a 108T tractor's inverter A thermal model with steady and transient is set up. This paper points out that the thermal impedance and transient temperature drop of IGBT should be considered, when inverter operates the motor at low frequency. Finally, the paper gives the simulation analysis for loss and junction temperatures of IGBT.
