摘要
本文在分析了MEMS加速度传感器优势的基础上,设计了基于MEMS加速度计的无线传感节点,可用于对机组振动信号多方位采集。该系统以加速度传感器为核心,包括多通道高速采集模块、信号调理模块、外部存储模块,高频无线收发模块。可对机组的振动信号进行有效采集的分布实时,满足瞬态振动信号采集系统的指标要求,且具有小体积、结构简单、低功耗、实时性等特点。
A This paper introduces a new type of signal wireless acquisition system with MEMS applied to generator sets. This system bases MEMS accelerometer sensor including high speed multichannel sampling, SD card memory, wireless transceiver module to acquire the vibration signal of engine under the circumstance of field work and running. The system has simple structure, and the sensor can provide high sensitivity. It has very high practical value for diagnosing the fault of generator sets and monitoring the state of engine.
