人的二重属性视角的大学生现代公民教育思考

Thinking on Modern Civil Education for Undergraduate from the Angle of Person with Double Attributes

注重大学生的现代公民教育,培养合格的现代公民是我国高校的重要责任。立足人的二重属性开展大学生现代公民教育是一个重要视角。基于人的社会属性,大学生现代公民教育应特别注重忠诚国家、民主参与、权利义务和社会责任意识的教育与养成;基于人的生物属性,应特别注重保护自然、节约资源、尊重生命和尊重自然规律意识的教育与养成。有效开展大学生现代公民教育,应充分发挥思政理论课教育的主渠道作用,大力开发其它课程的现代公民教育功能,着力拓展实践教育渠道,努力建设有利于大学生成长为合格现代公民的大学文化。

It is an important responsibility for the universities of China to pay much attention to modern civil education for undergraduate being regular modern citizen.And it is an important angle of view to carry out civil education for undergraduate basing on person with double attributes.Depending on the social attribute of person,the modern civil education for undergraduate should pay special attention to the education and development of the consciousness of being loyal to country,democratic participation,rights and obligations,and social responsibilities;depending on the living beings of person,the modern civil education for undergraduate should pay special attention to the education and development of the consciousness of protecting nature,save nature resource,respect life and nature law.Carrying out modern civil education for undergraduate,we should give full play the role of main channel of the ideological and political courses,develop energetically civil education function of other courses,put forth effort to expand practice education channel,and strive to building university culture for undergraduate being qualified modern citizen.
