摘要
尝试了用正丙醇/正己烷二组分体系和正丙醇/正己烷/水三组分体系来萃取小球藻中的脂质,结果表明:按正丙醇/正己烷/水的添加顺序,三者体积比为7/2/1时,藻油的产率最高6.44%(藻油质量/干藻质量)。该方法和文献中报道的方法相比具有较高的萃取率,而且使用的正己烷及正丙醇具有较低毒性,可以用于实验室中藻油的提取。
The use of n-propanol/hexane two-component system and n-propanol/n-hexane/water three-component system is discussed in this paper to extract the lipid from chlorella sp.Results show that when n-propanol/hexane/water in ratio of 7/2/1 was used,the exaction yield could reach the highest value 6.44%(g oil / g biomass),which demonstrated that this system is very effective compared to the previous literature.Together with its low toxicity,this method could be considered as a priority used in lipid exaction in laboratory.
