摘要
采用Fluent软件建立空气灭弧室气流场分析的二维模型,针对具有不同栅片结构的空气灭弧室内部气流场进行仿真,分析出气孔结构、栅片形状、栅片相对位置等因素对灭弧室气流场特性的影响。在此基础上,针对当前空气灭弧室结构存在的问题,对电弧入口处的栅片结构以及下引弧片与第二栅片的相对位置进行优化设计,经多次修正后得到较为理想的空气灭弧室结构。仿真结果为低压空气灭弧室结构的优化设计提供了理论依据。
This paper established the two-dimensional analysis model of air arc chamber flow field with software Fluent. It made a simulation of the flow field for different splitter plates structure within the air arc chamber, studying the influence of some factors on the flow field performance, such as the vent structure, shape of the splitter plates and the relative position of the splitter plates. In addition, the results were verified by experiments. According to the problems in the eurrent air arc chamber, the paper made an optimized design of the splitter plates structure at the entrance as well as the relative position of the under ignition arc plates and the next one. A more satisfactory air arc chamber structure was got after amending several times. The simulation results give theoretical basis for optimization design of the structure of air arc chamber in low voltage apparatus.
