摘要
分析了断路器在线状态监测在电力系统一次设备检修中的重要性。研究了断路器机构状态的监测原理,包括分/合闸线圈电流动作异常分析方法和断路器动触头位移参数的计算方法。分析了数据采集在断路器状态监测中的重要性,并且就分/合闸线圈电流采集及断路器动触头位移采集的实现和应注意的问题进行了研究。提出了一种新的提高正交编码采集精度及躲避震动提高采集可靠性方法,并对设计实现给出了测试结果。验证结果表明,该方法具有较高的精度和稳定性。
This paper analyzed the importance of online monitoring device of the breaker in power system, and studied the principle of the mechanical condition monitoring of the breaker, including the method of judging the abnormal action of the current of the open and close coil, the displacement of the moving contact. The papar also analyzed the importance of the data acquisition in the mechanical condition monitoring of the breaker. It studied the realization in eun'ent data acquisition of the open and close coil, the displacement of the moving cnntact, and proposed the method how to improve the precision, what should be given attention to in application. The test results show that the method has higher accuracy and stability.
