曲堤油田经过多年的高速开采,大部分区块的含水已经进入中高含水期,如曲九沙四下单元综合含水达到88.6%。含油污水的腐蚀性强、区块矿化度高,油水井管线、采油泵等腐蚀严重,腐蚀产物容易堵塞管线、影响泵效、堵塞地层、大大缩短生产周期和增加生产成本。因此,对该油田水样进行了分析,针对分析结果进行了缓蚀剂室内评价实验。实验对比了多种缓蚀剂的效果,优选出最佳缓蚀剂BS-X,针对曲104块、曲15块、曲10块油田的水质特征,选出了该缓蚀剂的最佳用量。BS-X投入现场使用后管线穿孔、管杆泵腐蚀明显下降,由腐蚀造成的躺井率下降近10百分点,大大缩短检泵周期、降低了生产成本。
The water in crude oil is becoming increasingly higher in most of blocks in Qudi Oil Field after many years' production. The water in the crude from Qujiusha Sixiao Production Plant is as high as 88.6%. The high corrosivity of oily waste water, high minerality, serious corrosion of oil well pipelines and oil pumps and blocking of pipelines by corrosion products greatly 'affected the pump efficiency, shortened the operating cycle and increased the production costs. Based upon the analysis of water sample of the oil field and laboratory tests of different corrosion inhibitors, an effective optimized corrosion inhibitor BS - X was selected, and the dosages of corrosion inhibitor for water from Qu 104, Qu 15 and Qu 10 wells were optimized. After application of BS - X corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion of pipeline and pumps have been obviously reduced and the idle wells have heen lowered by 10% , which have greatly extended the maintenance cycle of pumps and reduced the operation costs.
