摘要
针对B&W MAN20/27柴油机转阀体零件精锻工艺过程中的工艺难点,设计了新的工艺流程并对模具进行了相应的改进设计。批量生产表明:产品质量稳定,实现了转阀体精锻件的国产化生产。
To solve the difficulties in finish forging the conversion valves of B＆W MAN20/27 diesel engines, a new kind of technological process was designed, and the grinding apparatus was optimized. Large scale production show that the products＇ quality is stable, which means this component could be available through domestic manufacturing.
