少数民族语言水平测试标准研究与实践——以壮语文为例

A Study of Proficiency Testing Criteria for Minority Languages in China

少数民族语言仍将在相当长的时期在一定领域内使用,这是我国语言国情的一项基本内容,民族语言能力评价及其标准化是民族语文工作的一项重要任务。壮语文水平标准化考试的设计与实施为民族语言水平测试的标准化作出了有益的尝试,积累了经验,其范式、数据等可为其他民族语言水平的标准化测试提供参考。民族语言水平测试标准研发包含语料库、题库、词表、考试大纲、考试复习参考书等的开发编制,应研制少数民族语言水平测试标准,按不同语言实际分类实施。

Minority languages will still be used for a long period in certain fields, which reflects a basic fact of the language situations in China, while the evaluation and standardization of the minority language proficiency have become an important task now. The design and implementation of Zhuang Language Proficiency Standardized Test as a beneficial attempt has gained some experience, providing reference in terms of paradigm, data and criteria for other minority language proficiency tests. The re- search and development of the minority language testing should include the development and compila- tion of the corpus, test-paper bank, word list, testing syllabus, reference books, etc. , as well as the testing criteria based on different language types.
