摘要
为探讨新生代员工的工作积极性问题,本研究采用自编工作积极性问卷,调查收集了国内6省市的704份有效问卷,采用项目分析、探索性因素分析、验证因素分析、信效度检验和差异检验等方法,结果显示:员工工作积极性测评问卷具有良好的内部一致性信度、结构效度和效标关联效度;老一代员工的工作积极性总分稍高于新生代员工,老员工在目标坚定性和工作进取性维度上的分数显著高于新生代员工;新生代员工中的高收入者的工作积极性显著高于低收入者;新生代员工的工作积极性具有明显的新的时代特征。
To study the work-related motivation of the new-generation employees, this research uses the questionnaire survey which includes 704 valid questionnaires collected from six provinces and cov- ers such items as the project analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, relia- bility and validity analysis and differential analysis. The results are as follows: the questionnaires have some good internal reliability and validity as well as correlation. In terms of the work-related motivation, goals and achievements, the old-generation employees are much better than the new-gen- eration employees. The new-generation employees with a good income have a stronger work-related motivation and clear features of the new age.
