摘要 为了使伺服系统的控制性能达到最优,需要对伺服参数进行合理的整定。传统的伺服参数整定方法,如Z-N法,临界比例法等,容易陷入局部最优,无法满足性能的要求。在建立永磁同步电机伺服系统的数学模型基础上,有机结合遗传算法和最小二乘法的优点,设计了一套伺服系统参数自整定算法,最后通过实验进行了验证。结果表明:此算法具有较强的稳定性和正确性,并且整定后的伺服系统具有优良的控制性能。 In order to achieve optimal control performance on servo system, servo system parameters should be tuned properly. Traditional method for tuning servo system parameters, such as Z-N method, critical ratio method, falls into local optimum easily and cannot meet the performance requirements. Based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system, a servo system parameters auto-tuning algorithm was designed by combining the advantages of GA and least squares method appropriately. It is verified through experiments finally. The results show that: this algorithm has a strong stability and accuracy, and the tuned servo system has a good control performance.
