摘要
基于TMS320F2812芯片,设计一种单相两级光伏并网发电逆变系统,由Boost DC/DC电路和逆变桥组成。详细介绍了前级新型最大功率点跟踪算法的优势和原理、后级逆变并网中的双环控制和数字锁相技术,逆变器电网跟踪控制以及电网电压锁相控制并给出软件设计流程,通过Matlab软件对该系统进行仿真验证并研制了试验样机。实验结果表明基于DSP控制的两级式光伏并网逆变器技术方案可行。
Based on the digital signal processor chip of TMS320F2812, a single phase photovoltaic grid- connected inverter was designed, it is composed of Boost DC/DC circuit and inverter bridge.The implementation of new MPPT, the inverter double loop control and the digital PLL control of grid voltage was introduced. Matlab based simulations for the inverter systems are carried out and a developed prototype is tested. Results confirm the effectiveness of the inverter system.
