Synthesis of Precursor Compound of Anti-viral Natural Product Glaucogenin C

以巴豆酸乙酯为原料,通过六步反应合成了Glaucogenin C中B环的重要前体化合物——3-[2-(对甲氧基苯甲醚)-3-甲基-4-环己酮-1-羰基]-4-异丙基-2-噁唑啉酮,总产率30.5%,其结构经1H NMR确证。

The precursor compound of the B-ring of Glaucogenin C 3-[ 3-（p-dimethoxybenzene）- 2-methyl-l-cyclohexene-4-carbonyl]-4-isopropyl-2-oxazolidinone was synthesized from ethyl crotonate by a six-step reaction in total yield of 30.5%. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR.
