摘要
介绍了LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的晶体结构及电化学反应特性,并从LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的制备方法、离子掺杂及表面包覆等方面对其研究现状进行了综述。LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2相对于LiCoO2而言具有较高的热稳定性、放电比容量及循环性能,是一种较理想的锂离子电池正极材料,但是其高温及大电流环境下的循环及倍率性能仍然有待改进。
The crystal structure and electrochemical reaction characteristics of the LiNil/3 Col/3 Mnl/3 02 was introduced in this article, and the development of the synthetic methods, doping with different elements and coating with different compounds of the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 were reviewed with 27 ref- erences. Compared with LiCo02, the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 has better thermal stability, cycling per- formance and high discharge specific capacity than LiCo02, which is a kind of rather perfect candi- cate for the cathode materials of lithium ion batteries. However, the cycling performance and rate ca- pability of the LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 need to be further improved while working in high temperature and heavy current.
