军工企业资本运营的现状、特征及对策研究

Studies On Current Status,Characteristics and Countermeasures of Capital Operations of Military Industrial Enterprises

从军工企业兼并重组的理论与实践出发,系统梳理了国外军工企业兼并重组的特征与实践经验,并在回顾我国军工企业资本运营历史沿革的基础上,针对当前我国军工企业兼并重组过程中存在的主要问题,提出了进一步优化我国军工企业资本运营的对策与思路。

This paper studies on the current status and issue of merger and reorganization of the military industrial enterprises in China, having based on practice and history of merger and reorganization of the enterprises,and then propose some countermeasures and suggestions on optimization of merger and reorganization of the military industrial enterprises in China according to the experience obtained from the military industrial enterprises aboard.
