玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加NSP酶饲喂黄羽肉鸡的效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验研究玉米-豆粕型饲粮中添加NSP酶对黄羽肉鸡的生长性能、养分代谢率和血清生化指标的影响.选取5周龄广西三黄鸡180只,随机分为对照组、试验A组和试验B组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡.分别饲喂玉米一豆粕型基础饲粮、基础饲粮+0.0l%木聚糖酶和基础饲粮+0.01%木聚糖酶+0.01%β-甘露聚糖酶。结果表明:6~9周龄,试验A、B组肉鸡平均日增重和日采食量与对照组相比显著提高(P〈0.05);6—13周龄,试验B组肉鸡的平均日增重、日采食量与对照组相比显著提高(P〈0.05)。试验B组与对照组相比,能显著提高黄羽肉鸡饲粮能量、干物质和钙的表观代谢率(P〈0.05),同时能显著提高血清中白蛋白和甘油三酯含量fP〈0.05),试验结果表明,在玉米一豆粕型饲粮中添加木聚糖酶和β-甘露聚糖酶能够提高黄羽肉鸡的生长性能以及饲粮养分和能量的代谢率、
