广东省农民专业合作社运营效率分析

Investigational on operational efficiency of the farmers' professional cooperatives

采用层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process,AHP法)构建了一个农民专业合作社运营效率的多层次评价指标体系,实证考察了广东省15家农民专业合作社的运营效率状况.结果表明,这15家农民专业合作社整体运营效率较低,主要原因在于自身组织效率低下和积累不足.组织效率低下削弱了其市场竞争能力,制约了其服务农户、社区和沟通政府的水平.提出在服务广度和深度方面,农民专业合作社的服务水平还需进一步加强.当务之急是要从根本上提高农民专业合作社的组织效率.

AHP method was firstly used to construct a simple, feasible multiple evaluation indexes system to evaluate the efficiency of the farmers＇ professional cooperatives organization in this paper. Then 15 professional cooperatives organizational efficiency of Guangdong province were empirically investigated. It was found that farmer＇ professional cooperatives organizational efficiency level of Guangdong was low. The main reasons of low efficiency came from the deficiency of cooperatives and their little accumulation. Its market competition ability was weakened by the low organizational efficiency, which restricted its service level for community, government and peasant. From the breadth and depth aspects request, service level of cooperatives needed to be further strengthened. It was urgent to improve farmer＇s professional cooperatives organizational efficiency level radically.
