二郎山山地鸡蛋用品系选育效果分析

Breeding Effect Analysis on Laying Line of Er-lang mountainousChickens

【目的】探讨二郎山山地鸡蛋用品系的选育进展。【方法】试验通过比较二郎山山地鸡蛋用品系第一、第二世代孵化和产蛋性状,并对第二世代产蛋性状做相关分析。【结果】第二世代的受精率、孵化率、产蛋高峰期的产蛋率和高峰期持续时间均优于第一世代,第二世代开产日龄极显著大于第一世代(P<0.01),但300日龄产蛋量差异不显著;第二世代开产日龄与开产体重呈极显著正相关(r=0.18,P<0.01),与开产蛋重极显著正相关(r=0.24,P<0.01),与300日龄产蛋量极显著负相关(r=-0.20,P<0.01);开产体重与开产蛋重极显著正相关(r=0.19,P<0.01);开产蛋重与300日龄产蛋量显著负相关(r=-0.11,P<0.05)。【结论】通过两个世代的选育,二郎山山地鸡蛋用品系的选育效果明显。

【Objective】Explore the breeding effect of the laying type strain of Er-lang Mountainous chickens. 【Method】Compared the hatch and laying performances between generations 1 and 2. In addition, we analyzed the correlation among laying traits of generation 2. 【Result】It was showed that the fertility rate, hatch rate, the highest laying rate and duration in egg production peak period of generation 2 were higher than generation 1. Additionally, age at first egg of generation 2 was highly significantly older than generation 1, while no significant difference of egg production in 300 days was detected between two generations. Correlation analysis in generation 2 revealed that age at first egg（AFE）were highly significantly positive correlated with body weight at first egg （BWFE） （r=0.18, P〈0.01） and egg weight at first egg（EWFE）（r=0.24, P〈0.01）. Whereas AFE was extremely significantly negative correlated with egg number at 300 days （EN300） （r=-0.20, P〈0.01）. Furthermore BWFE were highly significantly positive correlated with EWFE （r=0.19, P〈0.01）, EN300 was negative correlated with EWFE （r=-0.11,P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】 Dramatically progress has been made in selection of Egg-production line of Er-lang mountainous chickens.
