摘要
为提高前车架镗孔质量和生产效率,采用了类似盘铣刀的结构,加工孔径由小到大.在直径方向采用平均分布方法,减小切削过程中刀具的受力,保证精加工余量和最终加工精度.刀具磨损后,可以松开固定螺钉,将刀片换一方向即可,无须进行普通刀具那样的调整工作,可以节约不少换刀时间.
In order to improve the quality and productivty of front frame boring, a similar structure of disc milling cut-ter is used, and the manufacturing hole size is from small to large. The Average Distribution method in the diameter di- rection is used to reduce the froce of the tool in the cutting and to ensure the finishing allowance and final machining ac- curacy. After toll wore loose the fixing screw and put the blade in another direction, without the need of a commom tool's adjustments. The toll's changing time can be saved a lots.
