As a bridge and link that integrates theory with practice, microbiology experiment teaching effectively consolidates theoretical knowledge, trains experiment operating skill, fosters students＇ abilities to analyze and to solve problems, and to improve students＇ comprehensive quality. Some experiences to improve the quality of microbiology experiment teaching aiming at fostering comprehensive quality talent having innovative ability were introduced and summarized in this paper.
