摘要 从养殖池塘底泥中筛选出2种解磷的微生物As-2和Aw-16,研究了其在土壤中的解磷能力。试验结果表明,与对照相比,As-2和Aw-16微生物处理使土壤中的有效磷含量分别增加了14.92 mg/kg和5.77 mg/kg;从不同培养时间上看,加入As-2微生物的土壤培养12 h释放的有效磷量最低,24 h达最大值后随培养时间的延长逐渐降低,而CK处理随培养时间的延长,释放的有效磷量越来越低,到60 h后下降到1 mg/kg以下;从微生物对土壤中无机磷组分的影响上看,As-2微生物使土壤中Ca-P和O-P减少,而Al-P和Fe-P变化不大。 The two phosphate-dissolving microorganisms named As-2 and Aw-16 had been isolated from the aquaculture ponds and determined their abilities of phosphorus decomposition in soil. The results show that the available phosphorus content in soil treated with As-2 and Aw-16 increased 14.92 mg/kg and 5.77 mg/kg, respectiveledy compared with the control. From different incubation time, the amount of available phosphorus was the lowest at 12 h, and reached a maximum at 24 h, then gradually decreased with prolonged incubation time when adding the As-2 microorganisms to soils, while the amount of available phosphorus of CK treatment was lower and lower, and fell below 1 mg/kg after 60 h. The Ca-P and O-P content reduced, but the A1-P and Fe-P changed little in treatment soils with As-2 micro-organisms.
