摘要
利用同步辐射白光X射线形貌术和化学腐蚀法,研究了熔盐法和水热法生长的KTP晶体中的缺陷。其中熔盐法生长KTP晶体分别采用固相和液相2种方法合成生长的原料。实验结果发现KTP晶体中的生长扇形界、生长条纹和位错等缺陷。
Laser technology is widely used in agricultural science and technology.KTP crystals were grown by hydrothermal and flux methods,and the growth materials used in growing flux KTP crystals were synthesized by the liquid phase and solid-state reaction techniques,respectively.The defects in KTiOPO4 crystals were investigated using synchrotron radiation X-ray topography and chemical etching method.The growth sector boundaries,growth stripes,and dislocations defects in KTP crystals have been found.
