摘要
实践性智慧是教师专业发展的基础点和生长点。然而,其本身具有的生成性,缄默性和情景化等特点成为阻碍教师相应成长的制约因素。文章提出智慧课堂实验室以化解此问题,并且以"为什么"、"是什么"和"怎么做"的论证逻辑阐释智慧课堂实验室及其设计。首先对设计的理论构基进行剖析,梳理设计的理论来源和合法性;其次从环境,资源和方案三个层面构建智慧课堂实验室,打造实践境脉构建解题方案;最后提出课堂真实性,主题选择合理性,群体参与性等内在应用原则以及行动学习策略的应用方法,旨在有效利用智慧课堂实验室。智慧课堂实验室设计的最终目的是通过在实践中研究促进教师专业发展。
Practical wisdom is the base point of teacher professional development, but its characteristics of generative, silent and situational become factors which hinder the growth of Teachers. This paper proposes a strategy of Wisdom Classroom Laboratory to solve the problem, through the logic of "Why" "what" and "how" to interpret Wisdom Classroom Laboratory and its design. Firstly, analyzing the theoretical basis of design and combing the theory resource and legitimacy. Secondly, developing Wisdom Classroom Laboratory from three aspects of environment, resources and programs and bring practical context solution. Lastly, not only putting forward application principles which include the classroom authenticity, theme selection rationality and group participation, but also proposing application method of action learning strategies. The ultimate aim to design Wisdom Classroom Laboratory is to promote teacher professional development in practice.
