摘要
针对我国电网冰冻灾害,文章分析了覆冰过载、覆冰闪络、输电线路覆冰舞动的特点,指出我国冻雨和雨夹雪天气的时空分布特征呈"u"字型,探讨我国电网冰冻灾害风险及防御策略。
In view of ice disaster of power grid in China, this paper analyzes the features of ice-coat- ing overload, icing flashover of insulators and icing galloping of transmission line, points out the U- type spatial and temporal distribution feature of freezing rain and sleet weather, and discusses the risk and defense strategies of power grid ice disaster.
