Designing and Development of Power Grid Dispatching Record Management System

针对华中电网调度的现状,阐述分析了电网调度日志系统的业务需求,在指出原有应用系统不足的基础上,提出了电力调度日志系统信息化的组成模块和实现方案。系统实现了自动排班、自动交接班、异常记录、自动发令等新功能,为电网的安全稳定运行提供了保障。

For the present situation of Central China Power Grid dispatching, the bussiness require- ment of power grid dispatching record management system is introduced, and for the sake of resolving the deficiency of prime system, the component modules and implement scheme of management system is proposed. The new system has the functions of automatic schedule, automatic shift of duty, abnormal record and automatic issuing the orders etc. Then the safety and stability of power grid operation could be guaranteed.
