Discrimination between "Coach Specialty" and "Coach Professionalization"

1776年，英国经济学家亚当·斯密的《国民财富的性质和原因的研究》（即《国富论》）一书出版发行。在该书中作者阐明，社会分工既能导致生产效率的极大提高，也是职业形成的缘由。“人们天赋才能的差异，实际上并不像我们所感觉的那么大。人们壮年时在不同职业上表现出来的极不相同的才能，在多数场合，与其说是分工的原因，倒不如说是分工的结果。”

This paper tries to delimit the differential meaning existing on 'Coach specialty' and 'Coach professionalization'.Now our country's professional sport process develops slowly and unhealthy,and the main reason is many sports management personnel and coaches themselves take the specialty as profession.So the angles of many coaches viewing on sport training are narrow and uncomprehensive.Based on the requirement of fast development of Chinese professional sport in the future,the author thinks there are three aspects could be considered: 1) the meaning of Coach is not only a tool to survive,but also an aim to realize ideal;2) 'Coach specialty' is only a noun,but 'Coach professionalization' is a process filled of education;3)'Coach professionalization' is a sustainable development process with the social development.
