摘要
从高职院校机电专业PLC课程的教学现状出发,为更好地培养高职院校学生的实践动手能力,根据PLC课程的特点,把行为导向教学法应用到此课程中,结合组态技术,设计PLC教学实训单元。给出了实训单元的硬件组成、软件控制流程以及组态画面,描述了利用该单元PLC教学项目实训的开展。由此使PLC课程教学实训达到优化,教学的效率和质量得到提高。
According to the characteristics of the PLC course, this paper from vocational college mechanical and electrical professional PLC course teaching present situation, for better training for vocational college students＇ practical ability, the action-orientation teaching method applied to this course, combining configuration technology, designs PLC teaching training unit. The training unit hardware composition, software control process and configuration screen are given. It describes the use of this unit PLC teaching project in practice. It makes PLC course teaching practice to achieve optimization, the teaching efficiency and quality improved.
