The 18th CPC National Congress is a significant meeting and a milestone in the cause of our party. At present, it is the natural road to strengthen and improve the cadre education and training as well as initiate fresh progress in the cause of party school by effectively studying the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, freeing up our minds and carrying out reform and innovation.
