摘要
党的十八大指出,全面提高党的建设科学化水平是形势发展的需要、事业开拓的需要、人民期待的需要。只有提高党的建设科学化水平,才能为全面建成小康社会提供坚强保证。
The 18th CPC National Congress points out that overall improvement of the scientific level of our party construction is due to the development of situation,the progress in our party＇s cause and the change in people＇s expectation.Only to improve the scientific level of party construction,should we be able to firmly ensure our aim of constructing a well-off society.
