摘要
采用真空蒸馏的方法提纯1#镍,原料镍的纯度为99.96%。计算了1773~2023 K下,镍中各杂质元素的饱和蒸气压,部分杂质元素在某温度下的真空蒸馏分离系数β。考察了实验温度、真空度、实验时间对实验结果的影响。在温度为1873 K,保温时间2.5 h,真空度3~9 Pa的实验条件下产物已经达到了0#镍的国家标准。
1 ^#nickel with nickel content 99.96% is treated by vacuum distillation. Saturated vapor pressures of the impurities is calculated under 773K - 2023K. And/3 of some impurities is calculated under certain temperature. Influence of temperature, vacuum degree and time are studied. The 1^#nickel can be distilled to 0r nickel with national standard under the condition: temperature 1873 K, time 2.5h, and vacuum degree between 3Pa and 9Pa.
