摘要
提出"大运行"体系下AVC系统省地县三级协调控制模式,指出实现协调控制的关键技术,以温州电网实际运行效果验证协调控制模式的可行性和有效性,应用成果表明该方案可以有效地实现省地县三级协调控制,整合优化三级电网资源,提高电网的可靠性和电压稳定性。
The paper introduces Province-Prefecture-County coordinated control mode of AVC system in Large-scale Operation system and presents key technologies for coordinated control implementation. The feasi- bility and effectiveness of coordinated control mode is demonstrated by its application in Wenzhou power grid. The result of the application showed that the scheme can enable province-prefecture-county coordinated con- trol, integrate and optimize grid resources in the three levels and improve grid reliability and voltage stability.
